This is a 7 week small group coaching program where you will learn the foundational nutrition knowledge and habits to set you up for success long-term.

I offer 1:1 virtual nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals, feel your best, and set yourself up for success long term.
3 months of weekly coaching (option to extend)

Want to eat more intuitively based on body cues and enjoyment rather than rules and restrictions.
Feeling tired and low energy and ready for a sustainable solution.
Confused about popular diet information and want evidence-based guidance.

Want to reduce your medications and improve your labs.
Want to reduce the risk for chronic diseases (ex. diabetes, heart disease) through lifestyle intervention.
My 1:1 Nutrition coaching program provides:
3 months of personalized coaching for your unique body and goals.
A non-diet, non-restrictive approach to reaching your goals sustainably.
Support from a dietitian during coaching calls and between sessions.
Accountability to reach the goals you set each week.
Evidence-based education and handouts you can keep.
Note: This is not a weight-loss program. Weight-loss may be a potential side effect of healthy habits and behaviors, but it is not a guarantee nor the focus of coaching.
Month to month- $250/month
Paid in full- $700/3 months
